Q: - How Do I Start Losing Weight Like You Did?
· You can get started at any time! We here to help you and we will help make it as easy as possible for you to replicate our results.
Q: - What is Slenderiiz?
· Slenderiiz is an all-natural homeopathic weight loss management system that helps to reset hormones and metabolism, reduce inflammation, detox & stabilizes blood sugars, and gives you the support to create a healthy new you.
Q: - What do you eat on the program?
· We eat foods that reduce inflammation, toxic-free, hormone-free, and help stabilize blood sugars. · Our main focus is to teach you to have a healthy relationship with food, embrace healthy eating, and determine what foods make you feel great and which foods to avoid that make you feel bad. · While following our program we also want you to be aware of all the ingredients in your food, and avoid all things processed.
Q: - Do You Intermittent Fast?
· Yes! We get you started with the 12-hour intermittent fast window. No food between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am
Q: - What Do You Eat Every day?
· So much good food! We share meal plans, recipes and so much more
Q: - Do You Have “Cheat Meals”?
· No we focus on 3 meals a day between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm and a snack in the afternoon if required

Q: - What Do You Do for Exercise?
· When I first started I focused on getting healthy and weight loss so I did not exercise for the first 3 months and I still lost weight very fast. If you exercise regularly we recommend you keep doing what you are doing. We will work one on one with you to get you burning fat, reducing inflammation before we start you on an exercise regime
Q: - How Long Did It Take You to Lose Weight?
· I lost 43 pounds in 4.5 months between May 4, 2018 – Sept 29, 2018. I have been able to keep it off for almost 3 years without rebound weight. Something I have never experienced before.
Q: - How Often Do You Weight Yourself?
· We recommend weighing yourself just once a week. That way you don’t get too focused on the numbers and obsess over them. It can be hard if the scale doesn’t move day by day.
Q.- Did You Have a Goal Weight?
· Yes, I had a healthy goal weight and I was able to hit that goal. A healthy weight is more things than a number on a scale.
Q: - Did You Get the Detox Flu?
· Yes! I had it for 3 days starting on day 3. The good news is, we have discovered new tools to help it go away quicker or avoid it altogether and I have never felt better

Q: - Why Did You Want To Lose Weight?
· We all have our own reasons to lose weight and mine was I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I wanted more energy and after becoming a grandma, I wanted to be the healthiest version of myself. I love him so much, and I want to be around him for a longgggg time!
Q: - I Want to Lose Weight, But My Partner Doesn’t Want to Join Me. Any Tips?
· My best advice if you’re wanting to start a health kick is to inspire your spouse through your results in a positive way. Don’t nag at all. They may not be in the right headspace to join yet. But hopefully, that will be soon and join in. Also, if they don’t want to join right away and you’re doing all the cooking, don’t cook separate dinners. They can eat the healthy dinner you’re eating. It will be delicious, and they will love it! If they want to keep having snacks after dinner, that’s their choice.
